Friends a complete review..
Those who didnt receive the notification will receive the update in a day or two according to the series..
After updation :
Those who face ringtone problem saved in external sd card, pls move the tones to internal memory and the problem will be solved.
Battery problem:
pls leave the rom to settle down after updation.. Restart the mobile after some time and battery drain gets lower..
Mobiles with two Photos app in the application drawer:
Disable Google + if you dont need photos app.
Update google services if you need it as a single app.
Multiple users make a laggy performance.
TOGGLES:
Use NOTIFICATION TOGGLE for having all your most needed toggles.
However you wont have a single tap toggle for data toggling.
Those who hate white background in app drawer uninstall google updates..
Use launchers if you need a crispy desktop..
Quick tiles gets updated automatically according to the frequently used settings by you.(Toggles app solves this problem once for all).
Hope i have given the basic soln.s for some bugs faced.

FACE, 24 Jan 2015U have to use the system default tones as ringtones.. I too faced the same problem.Move your ringtones to internal memory and you can set the ringtones you need..

I got the L update today morning, Bangalore!! Some ~ 390MB download via wifi and got installed in 15 mins. The new UI is same but different too. Loving it for the moment. There are small things here and there which I love - esp the airtel logo on the top left in the locked screen. Admin and guest accounts are nice too. Black background overall but the settings menu has white background. Didn't quite understand why this is so. Battery backup is brilliant as always so NO issues. I am glad it arrived a bit late but with all bugs fixed. Thanks and a great job Motorola!! You gave us a new lease of life, though this may be the last upgrade.

When you reduce the brightness the phone get complete off(dark)

i have updated my moto g 2nd gen to 5.0.2 version(lollipop) yesterday after checking for system updates .But my mobile data has stopped working since then..there is 1 GB but still the network icon shows exclamation mark.please help.

fkin update taking too much long time to download... only 10% downloaded in an hour and when i use internet, the usual speed of 256KBps(2Mbps) is coming but when only downloading the update, the speed drops to 32KBps(256Kbps)... what sort of trick is this???
