Sandy, 23 Jan 2015I am using samsung s3 scince last one year but not get kit kat update. Moto g is also 1Gb RAM ... moresandy@its not about the device.you can install by your own the lollipop rom.You can enjoy.download the lollipop ROM and copy to your phone memory.just reboot it with the location name.you can enjoy they lollipop too :) all is well.
