Qualcomm to provide Samsung with a modified Snapdragon 810 Comments

The iPhone got a really bad review here, but the Ax chips are miles ahead of the competition if these rumors are true. When a giant like Qualcomm can't make an off-the-shelf 64-bit chip work without overheating, yet the custom Apple A7 launched successfully two years ago now, I have clearly underestimated Apple's achievement. I used to be a major ihater, but maybe I was wrong.

That, though, does not mean anything. Yes Apple has achieved the best optimisation software-hardware. But keep in mind that Android OS is a younger OS and I strongly believe that we can judge it and be harsh judges from v5 and on.

asdfgh, 24 Jan 2015why is the modified version provided only to samsung? There are other firms like sony,htc and lg???I think it won't be only Samsung, but since Samsung is the biggest customer here, so they get served first / in priority.
(Samsung is selling more phones than any other manufacturer after Apple despite all trolling comments)

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 is featured in a number of already announced top-tier smartphones, including the LG G Flex2 and the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. Those manufacturers have similarly denied facing complications with the SoC.

Shellshock, 24 Jan 2015Thats why Apple is the bestbecause they've been facing not only more problems but also more serious problems which ontop of that surfaced when it was already too late since the devices have already been released? don't see how that's better, that's horrible actually. apple's smartphone section has proven to be far less reliable in the past.
