but for this price one would go for cheapest android phones by miromax .
dont think people have any soft corner for Tizen because its developed by samsug

An... moreyou won't get anything better at this price range from lg, sony, htc or any good non chinese brand.... It is a 2010 hardware but this device is not supposed to be having a sd 810 also.... Its good for price...
Also performance is smoother than any device in this range... my redmi 1s even lags now...

Samsung should be selling this at around $60 - $70 as it's an entry level device and the RedMi 1S is just a few dollars away from the Z1. It had a successful launch because people wanted to try out Tizen OS, some loved it and some hated it, at the end of the day, it wasn't, really.

An indian reviewer said:
Samsung has been delaying the launch of this Tizen phone for a long time and when they finally did it, it turned out to be an under-powered phone. A simple comparison with any of the Android One phones will tell you how much the Z1 is missing.It's not always about the cheapest, customers are looking for specs ... There are already a plethora of devices running on Android that Indian customers can choose from.
On the other side, Samsung is trying to point out the good things about the Z1, like:"simple User Interface", "long battery life","fast webside loading" and they promised Tizen app developers to get the whole net-revenue for the first year + all in-app purchases of their apps.

Tizen is born dead. It is a complete refurbishef Android system. Samsung is actually in a decline era. The device related is of a poor specifications. Someone in the corner will beat that poor plastic shape and design company. Time will tell u.... It will be LG company...
