Anonymous, 26 Jan 2015Not really Intel doesn't make SoCs for apple.. Samsung and TSMC do.. Apple uses Intel processors for the MacBooks, iMacs and Mac Pros (actually, those are the only Apple machines that I would consider buying, with OS X/Windows/*nix. The iOS machines are too limited IMHO).
Anonymous, 26 Jan 2015... of course without the apple contract samsung would be completely lost wouldn't they? they'... moreExactly. Lol. It would be a bit of a profit loss. But not major. And they would probably end up making up for it by putting that time back into another area and bring it right back.
Anonymous, 26 Jan 2015The funny thing is that samsung still making chips to Apple regardless that its rival company ... moreToo bad, in real world it's the other way around. How can you power an iPhone 6 without getting THE best chipset? Your logic is as shallow as your iPhone.
Anonymous, 26 Jan 2015How can Samsung have time to make chips for Apple now that it also has to make Exynos to fill ... moreWell they need the mass amount of Exynos now. The A9 chip won't need mass production for a few months to come.
Anonymous, 26 Jan 2015The funny thing is that samsung still making chips to Apple regardless that its rival company ... moreLmfao!!! You will try and twist everything on any page any chance you get.
Apple is the one who couldn't move away despite their despising of Samsung.
At least 70% of the world's smart phones....that's just smart phones....not talking tablets, computers, laptops, or any other handheld...electrical...device or product that uses Samsung....
At least 70% of the world's phones use at least a Samsung memory alone....let alone the ones that use other parts as well. Some use memory, cpu, camera, and all the works.
Apple requires Samsung for a quality product that is made in mass quantities as well as in a timely fashion.
And poor sales? Samsung is still number 1 in sales. The S5 didn't sell as well because it was over hyped in rumours and the competition has gotten really strong from budget manufacturers.
It still has sold very well. As did the Note 4. And many other devices as well.
You always grasp at straws to try and make things fit in your bias sad little world.
I said it months ago. Chipset from China province of Taiwan TSMC are the culprit in all unstable iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.
The iPhone 6/6 Plus uses Samsung A8 CPU so far so good and are the most stable one.
For factual sake why would say Samsung was behind the A7 and only part of the A8.....When they made EVERY chip leading up to and still partially the A8. Not just the A7. There is a pretty large difference.
Pebble, 26 Jan 2015The funny thing is Apple can't manufacture their own chips. Lol!
They have to go cap in han... moreThe funny thing is that samsung still making chips to Apple regardless that its rival company when it comes to phone...
Meaning they need money, so they need Apple cause there phones are not selling well...
Android fans are only good at words but no action.. If they do love samsung they should buy samsung products to help samsung outsell their phones not by trolling in Apples forum and bashing everywhere,... Lol..
Anonymous, 26 Jan 2015Nope...samsung is working with Apple now...hahaha don't you realize that? They are rival compq... moreApple need Samsung too cos no other companies are able to keep up with their demand and besides they need the storage and ram from Samsung too.
The hundreds of fans of both sides got trolled by the last few years of fighting between these 2 lol.
How can Samsung have time to make chips for Apple now that it also has to make Exynos to fill the vacuum left by Qualcomm leaving the scene because of overheating issue?
Now apple said new iphone 6s will be 25% more powerful from iphone6.
Why is Samsung even helping the patent troll. Samsung should partner with Qualcomm, AMD, etc.
Apple Rulzs, 26 Jan 2015No, McCain makes lovely chips as well.Agree ...
Samsung makes good chips only for mobile platform and intel good cpu only for desktop for now
The funny thing is Apple can't manufacture their own chips. Lol!
They have to go cap in hand to Samsung!
