sarvesh, 20 Feb 2015plz make a request to xiaomi manufactures that and tell us when there are going to lanch redmi... moreIt will be launched on 3rd week of April 2015 before Mi4 launch. May come with Android Lolipop. Those who cant wait for long they can go for Lenovo A6000. Same almost feature 200MB RAM less and camera is ok bt not comparable with Redmi 1s.

Yes, finally Xiaomi hear it's customer. 2GB RAM is a must for Redmi because MIUI eats lots of RAM. If there's not throttling issue like the one on 1S, I'll definitely get this one.

I don't like it. Any one the bought the redmi 2 v1 will be so disappointed. There is a huge difference from 1G to 2G. I would not buy a phone from a company that do that to it's costumers.

Finally, a minor bump to rival with other higher-priced competitors. You can expect low price with XiaoMi (not scalpers), which is nice.
