Huawei says its real competitor is Samsung, not Xiaomi Comments

I used one high end and one mid end phones. For mid end, I just changed to Huawei Honor 3x and glad to share that's the better phone compare to Zenfone, Galaxy Grand and Lenovo S series in dual sim card phones.
Their UI is better and smarter.
Happy with my first Huawei.
Oh yes, the battery lasts me 2 full days of heavy usage. I calibrated it first in my first usage out of the box.

well that's the funniest deprived statement i have seen recently.
sure thing huwaei does stand good in its medium priced products with asus and lenovo, but when it comes to high end products and pricing, it is no where near xiaomi.

Huawei shouldnt be so loud, after all they are the ones who have no UI, the level of bloat and stupid features is so immense that India is the only market outside their home market that is viable. Also, the copying of iOS is shameless, they havent managed to copy any of iOS' UX but the attempt is very clear and very failed and such copying is not so easy to push in western markets.
Bottom line, i dont see Huawei conquering any other markets than the Indian where people keep shouting non stop for lower prices, a not so profitable market but the only one that doesnt find Huawei phones distasteful. In Europe the selling prices are higher and much more profitable but it will be too hard to find a big enough customer base, Samsung will continue to outsell Xiaomi and Huawei combined.

Huawei just wants to associate themselves with what are regarded as 'premium' brands.
Xiaomi still is their competition. Honor 6 and Honor 3c were made to compete with Xiaomi mi3 and Redmi 1s.
