Majority of complains are unbased. Htc provided timely software updates for they M7 and M8 ever since release. I rather than wait another month than get buggy update.

Well I got the update on my M8 (unlocked version btw) and its like butter. Batter, i think its just my HTC or it could be the glitch that everyone's talking about - but it doesn't really bother me - however a nexus device is what i'm really after.... just not willing to pay the bloody price hahah

Johnny, 31 Jan 2015I'd rather them release bug free lollipop then one full of bugs eg. Nexus 5 memory leak My LG G2 running lollipop doesn't have that leak you're saying.

HTC always treats Latin America like sh!t. I believe we are the last ones getting updates in the unlocked variant of this region. So I guess we'll get Lollipop until May or June...

If they keep doing the same over and over again I may buy a Galaxy S6 or an LG G4 instead of the HTC One M9/Hima this year!

It's true that lollipop has some bugs in it but still it sucks that they are taking so much time in just updating the phone. LG and Samsung did it. And the 5.0 update that few people received had very few changes to it, so why are they taking so much time...
Very Disappointed HTC.
