Also low quality/resolution content looks horrible on a 2k screen.

                  Besides, your not gonna wrap the phone screen around your face.

                  They should make a screen resolution suitable for phone. Then develop the VR separately. i.e. when at home, where you are plug in ac. And when outside, lower resolution screen on the phone that last longer.

                  No need to one size resolution fit all..

                      4k is exactly what is needed for VR. And VR is the future, as always Huawei doesn't know what she's talking about. Thank god that there are much more exciting chinese companies that *get* it ... Huawei would always be a mediocre brand in my eyes.

                          720p is good enough on sub-5 inch displays. 1080p is plenty for any display size. 2K.. fine, if you must. 4K.. unnecessary overkill.

                              The iDiots do not care about truth. they are conditioned to Buy more. So, anything more, they will buy it. usefull or not.

                                That's very true of it, if any mfg still bang on the crappy LCD technology. Be it TFT, IPS or any fancy names you called it, they are still the same power hunger LCD screen.

                                It's time for all phone/tablet mfg to adopt into OLED, SUPER AMOLED screen.

                                    Huawei Ascend Mate7 has over 12 hours of battery life in web browsing. Huawei Ascend Mate2 4G has over 15 hours.

                                      .... so I'm guessing Huawei are ruling out any version of the Note4's VR headset in the future then...

                                      Shame. We need more OEMs working on this - would be great for gaming & movies etc.
