Even the desire 816 is getting the update now .....but I'm still waiting for my m8 eye 's lollipop update.....poor service HTC

Dear HTC, I'm still waiting for the One M8 Eye to receive Android 5.02.
Despite the One M8 Eye being a niche product, there are no differences w.r.t. the hardware b/w the Desire Eye and the One M8 Eye, apart from the obvious ones, such as the selfie and dual cam setup.
Considering that you've had months after the One M8 update, put out more dual cam spec'ed phones and also have updated the Desire Eye, what's the reason for the delay for the HTC One M8 Eye? I own one (still not regretting it, it works like a charm), and now it's the only handset in its price bracket that still does not have an update, yet.
Even more embarrassing, HTC, is that it carries the ONE moniker, and you've updated a good two three models from your Desire Series (Desire Eye & 816), with one being ahead of schedule (the Desire 816).
Very bad faux-pass, HTC.
After sales remains your weak point. Not the service centres, that story best remains untold, but regular and timely software updates. Apple and Samsung are right on the money with that part, which more than makes up for their other obvious deficiencies.
Wake up HTC, Retain my Loyalty!!!!

Worst company htc have i face ever. The company is not pushing updates for the latest such as htc one m8 eye . But for 2year old also.sorry to say to everyone that never purchase htc.

i think htc is not capable of giving the update....they are a bunch of silly people just sitting and drinking a cup of tea instead of working on the update....completeley unsatisfied from htc
