This ain't OxygenOS. It's the H2OS aka HydrogenOS that would run in the Chinese devices.
Anonymous, 03 Feb 2015You thought other companies' LP ROM are stable? meh.Well uhm yes actually it is. Even CM12 is stable on a lot of devices.
If One Plus could crack through the flooded smartphone market with just one device and make a name for themselves among the big players,I believe the efforts on OS will fall in similar lines. I think they should focus on a stable build even if its without good to have features during initial release and work on upgrading the feature set with OTA updates. Cyanogen couldn't fix the intermittent Camera crash Bug even with CM12. A good step forward for One Plus in their long term strategy without dependency on third party
it will give them a better edge over time to use their own rom than cyanogen
users will suffer from lot of bug for sure , even cyanogen couldn't deliver a stable os after several updates ... be happy chines phone makers lover .. while we enjoy bug free os on reliable company
Not terribly impressed, but this is just a sneak peak.
No status bar? Is that the home screen? Where is the app drawer? Widgets?
This has been debunked by Carl Pei on the official Oneplus forums.
