Hahaha poor boy...Actually he is right, Apple outsources much of their hardware however, you need to remember that not many companies makes 100% of their devices, motorola doesn't make qualcomm and most desktops are just other companies hardware with another companies logo on the box.

not going to buy S6 if it doesn't have Qualcomm processor - snapdragon ; samsung processor is just too ancient and not worth in spending so much money ; better move to LG or any other phones providing good specs...

I would say so too. Thats one of Apple's style. They do not really start a new idea, they improve on an existing idea and make it their own!
But for one thing i know: Apple thinks before copying. Is it legal? Is it feasible? Is the current technology able to support it? Can it be improved?
But the rest are copying BLINDLY. Most of the time missing their mark, or copy feature for feature.
The worse of all, most copy without knowing the gist of it!
Look at those China brands.. Keep hammering Apple iPhone's looks and design, but in the end is the harmony between the Phone and the OS / software that makes the complete deal.

Thi... moreYou're talking rubbish. Apple Pay has absolutely no impact on retailers. Retailers don't need to do anything to accept Apple Pay. In fact, many retailers have blocked Apple Pay because of competitors pressuring them. It's the banks that need to support Apple Pay, but Samsung's solution looks like it's relying on a sleeve to hold the banks Credit Card details and NFC chip, rather than using its inbuilt chip. Much more of a hassle and added bulk.

Spotted Galaxy S6 using in my country(Myanmar) by Samung Official as test unit. S6 looks like Galaxy Edge design.

This is NOT "Apple Pay competitor" , but Google Wallet competitor.(same as it was Apple Pay , too)
BTW Samsung's implementation on GalaxyS6 is the best, working everywhere. Not forcing the retailers to invest huge money (to make apple's fat a$$es happy.)
