What the ***k?! They have omitted water and dust proofing this time, and still it is taller than S5 with the same screen size??? I really don't understand what are these stupid people doing with their design "innovations"?? They should have made it to 5.2" from the 5.1" inches screen of S5 in the same body, like S4 was done after S3, and should have made it a bit thicker to accomodate a bigger battery and better camera. But Samsung seems to be to arrogant and ignorant to learn anything.

This looks like coming back to the S3 era, just slimmer, and the design language that was most disapproved, it's like the S3 ;(
Weren't they supposed to make it look better, design it from scratch? Metal unibody? It should at least look better than the Galaxy Alpha, which look so much better than this. Really hope it's just a bad render.

I thought Samsung was going to make the S6 from scratch lol. Why the result looks the same. Anyways I hope that this time they do something good with the software and no lag.

I bought the SGS5 and I still have it.. good phone. My favourite of all the Android phones - but - I just went back to iPhone 6 128GB (not the PLUS) and I'm so glad i did. Man nothing feels better in my hand than a iPhone in the Apple leather case.
Screen, battery, all very good. I just could not put up with so many little things in the SGS5. For starters, its ugly. Its heavy. And it has an annoying little flap down the bottom that always breaks. (I'm careful - no scratches on phone).
Its positives are the battery and waterproof body. But its still laggy. A lot smoother than the SGS2 I used to own. But its just not there yet. Still.
I like the apps - even though on Android they are simply not as clean or smooth as it is on iPhone. So I can't try android anymore.
Until Android is a clear champion i will never leave iPhone again. Everything from the Mail app, to the weather, to the ringtones, to the touch feeling - its unmatched.
Battery is great it last plenty of time. And Safari is so much better its not funny.
This is my opinion only. But try both and be honest with yourself. Its not even a contest. Then again they sold 70mil phones so i don't need to say anything else.

AnonD-69077, 06 Feb 2015Loving the design but not seeing any micro sd card slotin that shot that's floating around of the metal frame, the slot for the SIM tray seems a lot longer than what'd be needed for a nano- or even micro-SIM, so it might be mounted along side it.

This is obviously not going to be a 5" phone
It's 7mm taller & 1mm wider than the Galaxy S4 which has a 5" screen
But if the specs are to be true and the screen size is going to be 5" then this device is going to look stupid

Copy, 06 Feb 2015Samsung is trying to put a good feature in for once, and you are complaining about bezels?? ... moreyes i do care for bezels coz i dont want to hold a big phone with small screen(apple has the same story and it looks much ugly) and moreover its not the tradition of samsung... samsung has good screen:body ratio n they will maintain it well enough in S6... in S5 they did the opposite n u see that was worst looking n ugliest flagship samsung ever produced in its history n thats y the sales of sammy dropped so much n very few people care for water proof phones as no one wants to swim holding their phones so thats seriously a useless feature...
