Before that kikat 4.4.0 to lollipop 5.0 updated myself through phone.and on that time regularly msg.was came now what happen in moto g 2nd gen .no msg.is coming for upgration.

i found the way to set the ringtone on lollipop os.
what are mp3 that present in the internal memory that only work as ringtone on the lollipop os.
i checked that and now i enjoyed the lollipop os on my moto e

To set ringtone in lollipop,
First of all delete folder named "Ringtones" in internal storage. Then create a folder with name "ringtones" in internal storage. Copy your ringtone file to this folder. Set it from settings>sound ¬ifications>PhonesRingtone. Ur problem must have been solved.

Jyoti, 10 Mar 2015How to set ringtoneDownload a file manager. Es file explorer is the best. Copy the mp3 file you want to use as ringtone to ringtone folder in sd0 (12gb internal) ...then go to settings and select the mp3 file from list
