I've got the htc one m7 with 2 gb ram and have never run out of ram space. If 3 gb isn't enough for you then move to africa and starve and drink bacteria ridden water. Then I bet the 3 gb vs 4 gb debate wouldn't mean as much.

It's nice to see someone else breaking out of the 1/3 sensor ghetto and going for a larger sensor size. Only Samsung and Sony have released anything like 1/2.4 sensors so far (except of course for the still industry leading Nokia 808 1/1.2 sensor and the Nokia 1020 1/1.5 sensor, which continue to eclipse everything else in the industy--heck the Nokia N95 has a 1/2.5 senor in 2007).

Still, the other big question remains, will the M9 have OIS? Otherwise, it still can't really compete with the best cameras even of last year.

Though I'm quite curious to see said results if it is a Toshiba sensor indeed.

Can't wait for it. finally HTC bring a worthy update over my One X. sad that is not 4gb of ram and 5.2-5.5 screen with tinny bezels and a Tegra k1 inside would have been awesome. Even with current specs a custom rom will do wonders :)

HTC bring a 4.5" screen version of this phone. Exact same specs, just a smaller screen.

3GB ram? C'mon now, Mi Note Pro and Zenfone 2 (higher-end variant) has 4GB of ram, 3GB r on a flagship device (for now) has to be a joke for a top tier company.
