I don't think LG will release Lollipop update for LG G Pro2. I sent them messages several times on Twitter. Every time I was asked to contact Customer Service. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that there is no plan for Lollipop for this model.

feeling shamefull to say that g pro 2 is still kitkat.
Even there is no lolipop update still where els other company came with marshmelo updates .
DiD by mistake buying this cell,
Hope #LG Do something over it.

Lg same of u ,see learn from samsung, motorola, huawei they launched or going to launch android m update for their devices but u r still waiting for custumers to withdraw there self from you and buy some other brand mobile.
I m using lg g pro 2 and i doesn't get update in India model d838. Also you are not giving any update about this is internet.
