please check in their specification. that means when in data mode you cannot make call. i got answer from your answer.

I have tried 2 (two) devices P70-A, the ones of the octa-core version. My only problem and I believe device's problem is/was that it does not place any call with the 4G capable USIM inserted in left slot!!
It works (as a phone) only under 3G or 2G settings...(SIM slot #2)
I returned the first back to retailer within 24 hours and was given a new one... Same thing unfortunately happened

If so, has anyone tried to place a call from the 4G USIM? It seems that the call function (s/w) needs certain re-work
I have tried 2 (two) brand new devices P 70-A dual SIM (USIM/SIM) and both are not willing to place the call in 4G network settings.

This seems really nice and much more future proof... Can someone advice me on if i should wait to see if it launches in India in a few months time or go for an Xperia Z1 compact, the only problem being, the Z1 compact has a 32 bit processor and i am kind of worried that with 64 bit processors already coming up in all new models and android lollipop supporting it, it might matter after 2 years as i intend on using the phone for atleast 3 years.
