This will have a good market in india if introduced at early stage, nice competitor for Micromax, Xiaomi, Intex, Asus, Motorola, Lava... etc

Prefect specs and Lenovo is named for quality mid-range phones...

hosen02, 11 Feb 2015Why not Lollipop?Because Lollipop is buggy and unstable and needs to be fixed to suit actual consumers. Now it's only for artsy hipsters that want style over functionality. Also it barely even works on Nexus devices.

Lenovo should at least wait for 5.1, a lot of Samsung customers are unhappy now because the buggy Lollipop destroyed their phones that worked nicely on Kitkat.

Physical qwerty-keyboard? What a joke, it's 2015 now. Get a keyboard for your tablet if you need that.

I sold one already - working in e-shop. .It goes for 235€ in Slovakia. Looks solid enough + you get extra back cover and screen foil in the package... + OTG cable.

Hectoron, 10 Feb 2015Actually this MT6752 is a very efficient octa-core, not just in standby but also during usage ... morei agree with you...numbers speak up... but when dual core nvidia X1/K1 out perform snapdragon processors(805/810) i think mtk processors should concentrate more on efficiency rather increasing their cores for performance...if you take 4core and 8core with same architecture then 4core will have less TDP.

The specs and price is totally off. The one sold in china for 1399 rmb version is with mt6732, 1gb ram and 8gb rom only.

Where as the one shown in shop.lenovo.com (en)did published specs with mt6752 and 2gb ram

The OS support will always suck as usual, kiktat? Pffft. Lenovo's build quality is also leagues behind other top Chinese vendors. Tried some Lenovo phones recently, the hardware navigation keys were just disgustingly cheap in feel and touch response. Here's hoping Motorola's competence rubs off on the parent company.

Big batteries should also come along with efficient software, no point increasing the battery size and zapping it with inefficient sofware

Lenovo does Great!!!!

Hopefully the screen-to-body ratio will be good too to be fit into pocket easily with this 5 inch display. Above 72% at least! Then I will buy it.
