Hi All,
I have just bought last week SM-N9005 which is working all fine with kitkat 4.4.2, but recently when I tried to update check and click on software update a message appears "Processing Failed"... as many time I tried face the same message and unable to update, second, the kies is also not notifying any new update on connecting with pc... please can any body help me how to prevent this "Processing failed" issue...?

Download Samsung Smart Switch from their we... more My SAMSUNG GALLAXY NOTE 3 LTE 4G was before android 4.4.2 and i downloaded the new Lalipop from sammobile website and using an odin program i jusht flash the program to Lalipop after the update complets wifi was disabled and its not working...also i try to downgrade to its 4.4.2 again i downloaded from sammobile and downgrade complets but it'nt working again...finally I was trying smartswich but its says your version is up to date...up to now am unable to use wifi ..plase help me ...

Its easy guys..U have to install through PC.
1. Download Samsung Smart Switch from their website
2. Connect your Note 3
3. Smart Switch will show the latest lollipop update available, go ahead and install. Thats it !!
