I purchased Note3 9005 lte from uae. Airtel launched 4g in chennai in 1800 band. As per my phone spec it is supposed to work on airtel network, but I am not able to enable 4g on my phone. No option at all. Uae Samsung cc says 4G will work in gulf only. Is this true ? Is there anyone else facing this problem

i am from saudi arabia my friend is using Xperia Z1 and he already updated his cell to lolipop but we samsung is still not getting any update till now

m.g, 12 Apr 2015I want lollipop. N9005xxngug1looks like every body does while samsung dont care at all , many cheap unknown mobiles now they r more caring about their customers than samsung do .. its a lesson while every body was warning and advising not to deal with this samsung again . :(

When this version will get the lol... moreus too in uae - dubai we didnt get the update till now for note3 sm-n9005 4g lte while every other unknown mobiles enjoying the lolipop and we still work on 4.4.2 of samsung .. big loose to deal with ya samsung again while i am having 3 nos of note 3 now iam thinking seriously to change to any unknown brands cheaper faster up to date and more caring .

It's really shit. we have been waiting for lollipop update on note 3 n9005 for quite some time. Nothing is happenining. even if these are the instances, then we may have to think about continuing with samsung products. it is a big shame that until this time samsung has not made any efforts to release the upgrade to their existing phone users. Hope the would do some thing urgently.
