Looks like there isn't any USB 3.0 equipped, then M9 cant be a tech-spec killer phone.
mortuus, 13 Feb 2015too weak battery i dont see how a phone with those specs gonna hold on long..You don't see how a phone with an aluminum body, a larger battery than it's predecessor (Which has few complaints about battery life) with 3GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 810 will last?
Stop talking about the battery
64 bit + DDR4 you know what does it mean when it's in HTC
Then R.I.P Samsung , LG , Sony
This seems a good phone. I hope ther will be a cool mini edition of this, with 4-4,3 inch screen.
mortuus, 13 Feb 2015too weak battery i dont see how a phone with those specs gonna hold on long..1080p and better battery usage. HTC One M8 have 2600mAh and have a great battery.
HTC One M9, SGS6 or SONY Z4!
Who will be the best???
Let's wait and find out!! :)
For Latin America?
Which country in Latin America still have HTC phones? It's a pitty they do not launch their phones when Xiaomi and Asus started to sell their phones here!
It's great specs. I hope it really record 4K (and better if it does at 60fps).
PhoneNerd, 13 Feb 2015Yeah, phones aren't all about the camera quality for me - but I just have to say when others c... moreagree..i hope M9s 20.7 is better that nokia and sony 20MP cams...aparently S6 will hav 20 MP shooter as well so lot of compatition
Chamzzz, 13 Feb 2015i said my openion...i dont zoom or crop my photos...well even if i want i cant cuz this camera... moreYeah, phones aren't all about the camera quality for me - but I just have to say when others claim it's a good camera phone and my experiences say the opposite thing. It's a good phone, I like how good audio chip it has (great phone for a pair of good headphones) and the screen is good - blacks aren't as deep as on S4's AMOLED, but still it's a very good screen.
Only problem really is the weak camera, I actually really bought the lie it had a good camera as well. Major disappointment when I checked a few of my first photos on my PC. :( Good phone, that's true though.
M8 has 2600mAh battery its holding on just fine with my heavy use....M9 wud b fine with 2850...thats why i said no judging without using
If it is the true HTC M9, then I must say and no doubt at all that it is an Ultra Gorgeous piece of device. Noy even the metal clad S6 can surpass the beauty and smart design of the M9. It's good that HTC have already mastered how to play with metal/aluminum.
too weak battery i dont see how a phone with those specs gonna hold on long..
i said my openion...i dont zoom or crop my photos...well even if i want i cant cuz this camera lol....all im sain is if u r like me who love this phone for being it....u wont back up from this because of this camera...cuz its much more than that...one can buy note 4 or s6 if they want...i call it being safe...u like boomsound speekers u like premium buildbut u buy samsung to b safe...u get all the apps in the world with those phones...tons of speed but they r not htc M8 end of story...take a risk enjoy
Jackace, 13 Feb 2015Oh HTC, the design of this phone looks amazing and easily the best looking phone so far IMO, b... moreWhat are you talking about?? Since when does the screen technology has anything to do with the VR experience?
Thick as cardboard!
Chamzzz, 13 Feb 2015Well u guys u dont hav any idea about M8 camera until u use it....i have an M8 and its camera ... moreHow M8's camera is good if you can't zoom or even edit pictures on your PC? I would like to edit my M8's photos, but there's no reason because they lack so much of detail. It's okay for social media usage (tweet your pics etc.), but there's no way I could use this phone as my only camera. I have no idea how some people can say this phone has a great camera... In my opinion, it does not. My Galaxy S4 took better pictures and those were good enough for printing as well.
couldnt agree with u more Ale...as per display im not serpriced if they not go with OLED cuz super LCD 3 was amazing...natural colours not saturated( galaxy S series) or washed out( sony z series)...M8 had one of the best displays on the market if not best...and 1080p display is fine no need to put flashy 4k display if its not necessery....it will only drain the batery...u cant see the difference between those two with a 5" display...
Jackace, 13 Feb 2015Oh HTC, the design of this phone looks amazing and easily the best looking phone so far IMO, b... moreI'm personally glad they opted to go for IPS technology, as OLED is prone to burn-in. My S5 suffers from said issue, which is why I'll never again buy another Samsung device.
