if it comes true never buy it
I'll for Z4 with no doubt
Wow, I can't believe how many of you guys state it as a fact and bash on Samsung, It's just a RUMOR and nothing more!
And even if it's true... QHD Display of Note 4 is 30% more energy saving than FHD Dispay of Note 3 and Exynos 7420 is 35% more energy saving than 5433.
wrong decision from Samsung. They should put at least 2900 or 2850mAh battery and 20mp camera.
Hope, it's just rumor.
I guess Samsung finally decided to focus on design and make this phone thin which is GREAT, I just hope this Phone does not look anything like S2,S3,S4 and S5 (they all look the same) I have an iPhone and Galaxy S5, I fully charge the iPhone (100%) go to sleep wake up with 100% .. my Galaxy if its 100% I wake up with 80-85% so things needs to change with Android I guess. But again id rather have a handsome looking phone and deal with the battery using external backup battery (which a lot do these days even if your mobile got 5000 mAh) its like you own a Ferrari and don't care about gas prices! that's how it is with iPhone anyway.
So far no real pictures of the Samsung S6 which shocks me, cause the IPhone6 leaked way before its release.
Again its do or die for Samsung with the S6, I hope they don't have a feature: S6 can make you a popcorn (its a phone damn it STAY FOCUS SAMSUNG)
so what Apple 6 have only 1810mah battery.
will go for project ara phones anyway.
AnonD-337463, 17 Feb 2015QHD + 2600mAH = bad ideaBecause here we have super amoled display and 14 nm processor.... See s5 2k display model... Hardly any difference..
Anonymous, 17 Feb 2015Word. All AMOLED is going to burn in. It's not possible to avoid this (except if you don't use... moreAMOLED burn issues was a thing of past...!
The AMOLED screens used from the time of Note 2 till now has no burn-in issues...!
IPS panel will match the contrast of AMOLED ever...and also the newer AMOLED screens have better viewing angle and high sunlight visibility than any IPS...& also AMOLEDs are way more power efficient than any IPS...!
Burn issue in amoled?
The only time I saw that was because someone left stay awake on in developer options for 6 months straight. Also, they sacrificed capacity for size but it's not much plus the chips I'm sure will be way more battery efficient then previous models. Rumors of a less bloated touch wiz back up this decision. Regardless, I'm sure everybody is fine as long as they can get through a single day with a single charge anyways. Plus there's ultra and regular power saving modes. Yall need to stop crying.
QHD + 2600mAH = bad idea
only 2600 mAh? battery size shoud be minimum 3000 mAh so that it could take at least 1 and half day to last long with all of its application running and to drain out completely.
Expensive phones but no use with out powerful battery.
Anonymous, 17 Feb 2015Don't forget that ALL AMOLED is going to burn in. So it's a big disadvantage of all Samsung phones.A MILESTONE only burns if you have the device on ALL the time. The only time I've seen burn happen is because they left STAY AWAKE on in developer options for 6 months straight. As far the battery goes I'm sure 2600mah is fine considering the chipset and you do have ultra and regular power saving modes. Plus capacity determines maybe 60% of battery life where the other comes from software interpretation. Samsung isn't that dumb especially if a battery that's non removable.
Z3 = 7.3mm 3100mah
why can't samsung make S6 7.1mm with atleast 2900-3000mah.
What is with this thin race it is getting silly, 2600mah is rubbish.

IPS will always be superior to AMOLED.

On the other hand, the IPS screen is very 2nd class compare to 1st class AMOLED screen. Have you ever watched the same HD movie on both IPS and AMOLED screens at the same time? LOL
The rumor/article again didn't mention the most important question:
Will it have REMOVABLE battery?
If the battery of S6 will be removable, the users will be able to put in extended battery that has 2x or 3x the capacity of stock battery. So with removable battery, people would have the freedom of choice.
Using non-removable battery means idiot mentality. This should never happen.
Sacrificing the battery capacity or anything for thinner phone also means idiot mentality. This should never happen.
If people buy iphone with 1800mah, I don't see why they wouldn't s6 with 2600. Companies are sacrificing battery size for thinner phone

just a miracle....
no way, 2600mah will not be enough, i want 2 days battery life like the Z3C, will skip the S6 and wait for the Z4, I'm sure will have amazing battery life!
