sudhakar, 19 Feb 2015Pleae do let me know how to close running application in miui 6 version just tap on the three bar or setting key on ur phone. they change it in the latest update. just got my hand on the latest update and what i can say UI is better and it feels like a bit laggy.

I am also having this problem. There comes an error while logging into the google account. No app requiring google login is working after this update.

I have haerd that after updating to V6, users are not able to download anything from play store. Please advise if this bug still exists or has been taken care of. Also, please advise if there is any major problem with this update. Thanks.

After MIUI V6 update, my old sim(BSNL) is not working properly--- no network. sim-tool kit option is not available. "Explorer" folder not working Both "Preferred Network Type", "Cellular Networks" are inactive.
But With newer sim (BSNL) network is ok.

Anonymous, 17 Feb 2015Most if not all of those are less useful customization, MIUI6 free up almost a GB of intertern... moreUnable to use 3rd party themes, icon pack and fonts, cannot customize the notification toggles anymore, no more picture size selection in camera, no more music control in lockscreen, lock in memory in launcher is now gone and etc...should i add more missing element in MIUI6 so you understand that MIUI5 is better then MIUI6?

kenze, 17 Feb 2015I have updated the latest MIUI 6.3.5, and there is a problem, every 5 seconds show "the p... morePlease "Wipe Cache" once you have updated to MIUI V6. That's necessary to remove conflicts due to previous version installed on your device.
How to Wipe Cache...Updater App...Menu...Reboot to Recovery...After Reboot in Recovery use the "Volume keys" for moving up and down...Select Wipe and Reset...press the "Power button" to select the option.Then Select Wipe Cache...and then press the "Power button" to select the option.After this wait for process to complete...May take some time...
So wait till 100% complete...Last step..Select "POWER OFF"...
PLEASE DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE IN RECOVERY MODE.....do this process ur problem will be solved

Note 4G, 17 Feb 2015those who have Note 4G should stay away from updating this...you will lost a lot of customizat... moreMost if not all of those are less useful customization, MIUI6 free up almost a GB of interternal storage which is a good thing, the camera apps now must more user friendly, previous one too complicated & repetation.
Bravo for Xiaomi MIUI6 Developement team Job well done. clap
