Why?
1) Comparitively latest flagship;
2) Strong specs;
3) Can handle Lollipop version .

As per as Canvas Doodle 3 (A102) consornes, I doubt that Micromax will issue Lollipop update for this device.
(This is personal opinion)
Why?
1) Micromax already pushed KitKat update for A102 .
2) I doubt that Canvas Doodle 3 (A102) can handle Lollipop version becasue Doodle 3's specs are not much powerfull.
As I mentioned above this is my personal opinion and it can be completely worng.

Yes, Micromax starts rolling out Android 5.0.0 (Android Lollipop) for Canvas range smartphones .One of them is Canvas Xpress A99.
Following Phones may* get update:
Micromax Nitro A310 and A311
Micromax AndroidOne A1
Micromax Canvas Hue
Micromax Canvas Gold A300
Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo A290.
* Yea...I'm not give you gurantee that above listed devices will get UPDATE but there are chances for UPDATE as these are latest flagships from Micromax.
Micromax Canvas Hue and AndroidOne A1 is eligible for Anfroid Lollipop update as is given on Company's website .
Canvas GOLD A300 got FOTA feature therefore this phone may got UPDATE.
