maher Ali , 19 Feb 2015Missing Download Booster hey samsung 3g model does not include download booster only 4g model have it.Because download booster uses wifi+4g LTE network to ownload files faster.If you want download booster feature dont buy galaxy s5 indian version buy s5 4g version from ebay or amazon website.Or if u want to buy a 4g model in india buy galaxy note 4 or edge or upcoming galaxy s6 & s6 edge

This is my last Samsung phone
I had sent so many mails to Samsung customer care stating and provided all statistical data that India is one of the large market for Samsung but still we do not get all models with high specs. Not getting priorities in launching phones or in firmware updates.
Always receives only one diplomatic ans from Samsung

I feel very upset overtime SAMSUNG releases update where india is not a priority at all. They don't even care to publish the dates while they are updating the OS in other countries. Mr Samsung, please understand we are one of the largest countries in the world and a large market for you. I bought Note 3 but trust me this is my last samsung phone

don;t buy samsung in India. the post purchase experience is most pathetic. they intentionally don;t update as they beileve Indian users are less discerning anf vocal than American European users.
