Please dont do this ..... i love sony and i cant use other brands form smartphones ,camaras and tv and all other made bye sony ... most of my digital thigs are made by sony ... mostly smartphones cant even think my life without the products of sony....

Alike others here I am also a Sony Fan. A small advice to Sony. If at all these comments do reach the concerned decision makers. My small suggestion is that since I know certain internal information regarding why the company is wishing to stop this division. I would say that the cost of operation viz.: maintaining various operational levels, sales heads, other operational costs like sony store ( just for mobile division ) are unnecessary expenditure. I am not comparing Sony with Vertu as we are far better then any brand but then as a example you can utilize the sony stores as a whole by adding the mobile division as well as outsets with other Sony stores which sell other products and Sony products are far more better hence they are for class only so keep the upper market so you get cream customers who are like us who value your products.
Please do think. I know the person who can read my message in between the lines will be able to judge what I am trying to convey.
Please don't quit else we sony smart phone users will be really having a curse on us as we cannot survive without your products.

i have been an avid consumer of sony since my birth and sony has never dissapointed me. but now it's dissapointing to see them quitting from smartphone division... sony may be you should maintain youre tradition for design and user interface... thats my only advice

Tinking only abt no Sony mobile any more is heart breaking .U r alwys different from others in bring innovation lik waterproof mobiles nd so on .ur 1 decision vil break many hearts I'm sure if sum changes u can stil rule the market.

Really sad to hear this.. 😘:( I've been using xperia Z2 for a long time and I must say nothing else could get any better than this phone. I really love xperia and really wish sony to continue their products... Miss u SONY

no way!!! even when im typing this, it's from a sony smartphone, i can't imagine world without xperia smartphones!!! please sony don't give up!! coz if you do, there wont be any trustworthy company from which we might be able to buy phones even blindfold!!!! :-(

Sony is the best and should continue producing the Xperia series.
I have been using Sony from the last 8 years and have not change the brand the day I used the first Sony phone i.e k750.
No other phone can beat sony when it comes to sound and picture quality. No need to mention anything about the camera as all other brands still need to mentioned that their product has Sony camera.

Sony is the best in the market when it comes to innovation and liabilitt. The quality of your products are amazing. I have been using xperia series since 4 years and have been a die heart customer of xperia. Though Samsung n Apple may be way ahead in smartphone market but you have your own class with loyal customers who will continue to buy your products. Anxiously waiting for xperia 4, i wish it would break all records selling in mobile industry. Wish you success in future ventures
