I have a BB Q10 SQN100-4. my Q10 still runs on 10.2.1.3062 os. i got my fone last year and i have not gotten any update since then. I have tried to remove my sim card and connected directly to a wifi, yet no solution. how can I upgrade to 10.3.1 ? Please advise?

i tryed to update my Q10 several time bt it fails when it reach 89%< i restarted the download 2 time bt it still stop at 89%< it is saying "unable to connect to update server. please check your network connections settings or try later" help me i load auto download software so it is blank

ppl who are all facing problems in updating 10.3.1 can contact the BB service centre, as i also faced the same problem but they helped me out and now i m enjoying my 10.3.1 update :)
