Hello all,,,this is a huge update,,and all new,,,its easy to update and control everything,,,there is just one problem I guess we all are facing,,the phone rings at a very low volume,,the alarm too,,wwhatever tone yu set it will be played lowww,,and this is really an issue,,,using Q10

updated to the new OS software and restarted my fone. i cannot open even one app. i can only receive calls and make calls. no fb or twitter or bbm not even text msgs, any clue???

I like some of the new options however the opening screen automatically zooms in and I have to resize before i can do anything like answer the phone or see the bottom menu? It looks like it thinks the screen is bigger? I am working on a Q10?? Any ideas?

Updated my blackberry and now it is looking more like an android than a blackberry, that sucks secondly now system is consuming 700mb more than earlier moreover there have been a lot of issues with the keyboard now

To all BB 10 users out there updating to 10.3.1:
Please be patient and stop whining here and there, and please STOP blaming Blackberry for any difficulties you are going though if you yourself do not understand the whole process of downloading and updating apps. This is one big OS update which the community has been eagerly waiting for and such a huge update is huge because of the new features that come with it. So much so that it will make your BB10 device looking and feeling as if brand new again. So it is not a simple matter of downloading it and everything snaps automatically into place. Remember to update also the apps like BBM because they have to sync up to the new OS.
Search blackberry forums for any technical issues. Dont simplify things because this is not a simple update, it's a huge update. But once you get things right, you will be happy with your BB10 device like its brand new, as I said.
As for me, I didnt have any problems upgrading my Passport, Z30, Q10 and Z10 devices. There should be no reason you cannot do the same for your own devices. Be patient, be intelligent enough, and please don't whine and blame.

Nifin, 21 Feb 2015Got my update on z10 so amazing thankz blackberryHow long it would take to get the latest software? im trying to download the software as i type this comment and i've noticed when the percentage of the download is on 50 plus it will go back to 45% which scares me, it might damage my phone. any insight about this issue? did you experience that matter?

BBM problems with the keypad not being visible can be solved by updating the BBM app at BlackBerry World. Just open up BBM at the app store you'll get the update option.

i've been updated my Z10 stl100-2 to software release 10.3.1.1565,,, OS Version 10.3.1.2243
and, THERE IS NO BLACKBERRY REGISTRATION,, nothing appears blackberry logo at signal bar.
Z10 STL 100-2 in Indonesia with all operator simcard.
anyone has same problem?

I upgraded my q10 last night to 10.3 os but and asked that I reboot after installing. Started rebooting about 5am this morn and still on 96%. Any idea what could b d issue? Rebooth is taking longer than neccessary

hi i'm using z10(STL100-1). I have received the update yesterday morning. File size was 951MB(10.3.1.XXX) after downloading and installing it again started to download another 1GB(10.3.1.xxx).
