every time i reboot my phone it resets it as if i had done nothing on it and i have reloaded a new os yet again blackberry finds new ways to disappoint

i have apprehensions first of upgrading the os but am glad i did. bb blend coupled with mac is just wonderful!

Since my z10 update yesterday it runs slower the touch screen isn't as responsive after unlocking it instantly zooms in to the top corner then won't zoom out have to pinch zoom out but with none responsive touch screen it's shite very unhappy new features included not relevant for me if it's not broke why fix it after this may never buy black berry again fix it please

Upgraded to the new OS.. Amazing UI and features but lots of bugs... Notification sounds have issues... At times the phone lags while makin and reciving calls... Its ok.. Hope they seed the bugs fixes soon... Overall its good (y)

Since installing OS 10.31 this morning I have not been able to make or receive calls. It appears to be on the emergengy setting and I don't know how to change it. The battery is now dead and it will not charge. I've taken out the battery and cleaned it but nothing. Any suggestions?

I have tried twice to update my Z10 via OTA, and it still comes up with the same problem. It takes forever to boot and start the OS. The time I write this, my Z10 is still stuck in the booting page with "Installing Updates" and "Starting BlackBerry 10 OS" texts keep appearing in turn. It has been 14 hours now since it finished the downloading and this is what I found. Does anybody have the same issue or any suggestion, maybe. thanks a lot.
