I just downloaded 10.3.1 today (Malaysia) on my Z30, and the UI is beautiful. However, when typing a BBM, the keyboard overlays onto the typing bar; so you cannot see what you are typing! I hope they fix this soon as we as a family use BBM every day to keep connected.

Try inserting another network simcard then click search update it will locate a new update for your phone if your country already allow the update. You will see the notification in your blackberry hub. Once you saw it in the hub you may opt to return your original sim that has unlimited data then download the update.
