i have z30 and a passport i updated both of them and having problem with call logs its very shot for 2 and 3 days .and in 10.2 my call logs are of 1 months...if have any solution please comment.

I upgrade my mobile to 10.3, after that whenever i unlock my phone, its showing screen in zoom mode. The whole screen is not fit in screen, i have to collapse screen ratio every time by finger.
Please provide any resolution to get rid from this problem.

I am using Z10 and recently update from 10.2 to 10.3 latest version. Since that time, not able to make call(need to restart the device all the time) and facing some wired problem like, not able to switch off the network or data bundle and many more.

I fall in a problem.Last time I upgrade my mobile frrom 10.2 t0 10.3 !!! For this upgrade my phone cant work properly.I mean it off suddenly. How can I get rid from this problem?

I update my os 10.3.1 from 10.2 in blackberry z10. But I lost all data like call logs, apps etc.. when I restart or turn on my phone.

It's must be the model of your phone, perhaps it's not very compatible. Am using stl-4 'Verizon'...and no updates yet. As anyone received updates on stl-4 z10
