I have updated my Z10 OS to 10.3.1.1565 recently. Facing one problem: while going from lock screen to homescreen....the homescreen is getting zoomed up. I have to adjust it manually every time

I have been trying to update my Z10 but it is giving the message that you have the latest software. The currently istallned OS is 10.2.1.3062

i have my Q10 SQN100-3 but still running with 10.2.1.3062 ...i am unable to update into 10.3 as every time message comes with that "you have latest version of OS"
Pls help how to update or i have to wait ???

Those of you, who were facing problem of BBM texting after upgrading the device, i was facing the same. but i knew that shortly i'll be getting a update for BBM as well and i get that. after updating the BBM i can see what ever em writing :)
