I got the 10.3 update firstly it size was 973 mb I downloaded it then installed it on my z10 then after installation I have to download 1.4gb more to complete the update what does it mean

Since my latest update on my Q10, I'm not being notified on my emails nor text messages, though the upgrade was worth trying. Can anyone lemme know if u r facing the same problem and how to get the notifications active. I tried in the settings, but I'm helpless.

TR, 22 Feb 2015I upgraded my software to the latest software and it has heating issues now, the phone stalls ... moreI have had BIG problems since upgrading, the number one being that the touch screen is not working at all rendering the phone completely useless. I'm in the process of doing a backup and restore in the hope that this will go back to an earlier version.I totally rely on this phone for work so it is a major headache.

I upgraded my software to the latest software and it has heating issues now, the phone stalls and battery drains faster than usual. Battery even takes longer time to recharge plus when I unlock the screen by swiping up, the screen automatically zooms in.
Someone here having the same issues ?

I did the update on my Z10 STL100-3 yesterday (took about 3 hours), it took a good 10 or so minutes for the first boot up and has worked great since.once it fired up, I would say it took about 10-15 minutes for all of my accounts and contacts to all sync up together. Over all it seems great, battery seems to last a little longer and the phone itself seems to be running faster. Oh, and one thing to remember, go to BlackBerry World after and update all of your apps. I had about 9. One thing I think a lot of people don't seem to understand is that this update wasn't simply a tweak to a few things, it was a complete overhaul of the system.

wow, this update is huge.. my BBz10 is like a new smartphone. thanks blackberry, before I considered selling my BBz10, but with this update, I will never do it.
