Anonymous, 16 Sep 2009what is the difference between opera mini compare to the default browser from the phone??Well it is much faster, it has the various options of loading videos photos etc thus reducing the size and it's biggest hit is that when you enter a site it first goes to opera headquarters(lol) and then to your mobile phone at 90% less than the original size(yeap it's magic!). For example livescore.com on my s60 nokia n95 8Gb with everything on is 1.35Mb and it takes about 25-30 seconds but opera on lowest quality(no flash and pictures) is 9Kb in 3 seconds. If you live in a ''primitive'' country (concerning mobile internet) like Greece(I'm Greek don't shout at me fellow Athenians!!!) and you pay 5 euros/Mb you can say that opera mini is a livesaver!
P.s:Works fine up untill now on n95...

Excelent on my Nokia N79.a BIG step from old Opera.it's really fast.still a lot to improve,but I like it a lot,I will use it as my main browser.8.5/10

This program hase everything what I want from browser
Web page saving, picture saving, copy and paste text, attach file for email, book marking, youtube, facebook , web accelerator,
I have very good experience with opera in Motorola mobile phones
In all Motorola based phones (P2K Java based, EZX, SYMBIAN) only you must go to opera browser website and download it than it install automatically
In addition you can download it on your PC than copy to your storage devices it’s detect you java based files and you can setup it easily
Also Motorola P2K, and EZX based phones can share installed software to other phones with Bluetooth
I check it on (V3,V3X,Z3,Z6,A1200,V220)
But in other brands none OS Based mobiles phones (Not windows mobile and) you must use your phone suite program to setup java based software .

In opera mini 5 you cannot attach files in mail,and synchronize,no skins,you cannot save the file in opera browser.you have to download through your mobile browser.you cannot go directly top or bottom in pages.these features are missing.i am expect these feature to be in final version of opera mini.

totally love this new version of opera mini .... its great ..... im actually using it rite now ..... i would give it a 9/10 ...... by the way im using the opera mini 5 beta on the LG KM900 ARENA ....
