Some people are so eager to get hold of Lollipop 5.0.1 even though their V4.4.4 is running smoothly.
Be patient. There's no rush to it. Let the V5.0 settle down and for the bugs to be ironed out.

I've updated my I9506 to Lollipop over week ago via OTA. I'm from Finland.
Phone has been behaving very nicely with Lollipop.

LG, HTC, Song and all other companies had released lollipop to all its devic... moreI Just installed the German Firmware leaked for the I9505 But it was almost terrible. Battery darin fast, it lags, it is not that smooth and fast, the new UI is butiful, though.|
only thing i loved, beside the UI was the new MultiWindow functionality, it allows you to opne apps in a pop-up window and minimize them in a bubble just like in the Note 4.
