Samsung and Apple keep trying to compete with each other. As long as a device uses ios or Android, it will be an inferior kid's toy. Windows is the only platform worth mentioning.

with larger sceen there are more occassions to use the screen in landscape mode or portrait mode according to needs.

when on screen keyboard is on and use-
in portrait mode, it is fine, except the keyboard area, more than 50% of screen area is still available.
in landscape mode, less than 50% of screen area is available after the on screen keyboard is on. the screen looks very narrow indeed.

it's correct move to make the screeen more square. i personally like 1.41:1, to immitate a A4 paper.
no need to care much about video viewing, all mature users should finally realize videos are better be enjoyed with indoor large screens. tabs are mostly for still info reading

I understand that the S Pen is very useful, however, they need to make the yay or nay distinction for the price. The pen isn't expensive but the Wacom digitizer combined screens are. It makes it a lose-lose situation for people who don't use the pen and Samsung themselves.

Hahaa.. For those that understand specs. No challenge for iPad Air 2..

Let alone iPad Air 3 release date is almost due as well.

Add pen please, growing thin like iPad Air will not make your tablet sell.

Ha, ridiculous. It's almost 1 inch smaller than S1, worse ppi, same memory and similar soc (given that S1 will most probably have hmp due to the madder, meaning cortex A15 and cortex a7 can work together, aptly challenging the newer exynos.

I'm waiting for the successors of the Note 8 or Note Pro 12/13". I found them to be extremely useful for sketching. I just wished Samsung would have just provided the S Pen to all their high ended tablets.

Yeah, some would argue that not all will appreciate the S Pen, but hey, you're still free not to use it. I love the productivity that goes along with all Note lineups with a digitizer pen. It's just there when you need it.

Don`t buy any fat iPad`s, please. This S2 is only 407g, not bad.

Stupid aspect ratio. Tab S is better with bigger screen and screen bezel ratio.
