Anonymous, 25 Feb 2015Windows will eventually take over #2 spot.No, not happening. IMO Windows will disappear, unless they totally change their game. They need to bring something new, instead of playing catch-ups..

            Others = 0.6% should be:
            - Firefox OS = 0.3%
            - Tizen OS = 0.15%
            - Sailfish = 0.1%
            - Ubuntu = 0.05%

              That's a shame. Ep is turning into a wonderful os. Apps really aren't an issue now.
              But my Jolla arrived 2 days ago, its a a ee beaut. Os is tops. Its just a baby but I think it has lots of promise. Minority report style pulling and sliding the os going on. Would be fantastic on a pc as well. It has long road ahead still.
              I wish people would try other things.

                        Microsoft needs to produce a real flagship phone in order to gain some percentage.. I'm really disappointed of Microsoft's performance this year hopefully they will perform better this year.. I love the lumia's camera but they lack features hopefully microsoft will target this and improve it.

                          WP market was static because customers worried about Microsoft acquisition of Nokia devices and their future. So they went into more stable platforms (Android and IOS). See in 2015 WP market will be increased dramatically if microsoft provide a flagship device (Lumia 940, Lumia 1030 etc)

                                    Rez, 25 Feb 2015Android still represents enormous security and bloatware issues. As does every operating system that had existed since the dawn of Desktop computing. You're wasting your money if you bought a 'Blackphone' - an oxymoron and misunderstanding of what privacy even is.

                                      You did know that android is based on the linux kernel? Or did owning a closed source device / not knowing how to stay safe on the web made you lose a bet?
