AnonD-121494, 25 Feb 2015So when Apple does it it's ok, but when Apple steals and someone else does it it's patent trol... moreIt's okay for them to do because they have a lot of employees, create jobs and products, and have a presence in the Unites States.

If you do not have the above, you are not allowed t steal from others.

That amount is just a drop in the bucket for Apple, and yet they are appealing. Just pay up! You have rip-off so many Apple customers already with your low tech high price product...

Serves them! There should be many such patents that apple might have infringed. And the way that spokesperson has commented is not good. It is smartflash's intellectual property, they have the right to do anything they wish with it. But i feel that apple will exploit smartflash further

We as Apple users don't care what others think,we don't care who's technology Apple steals,we don't care how overpriced its products are,we know our devices are superior,we know benchmarks are for nerds,we understand the hate and jealousy towards us,its okay, join us,do it now!!! Together we will defeat the fragmentation and lag Google has placed upon the less fortunate!!

"and is exploiting our patent system to seek royalties for technology Apple invented"

Wait, wasn't Apple founded on stolen ideas? Get a grip Tim Cook!! Pay your fines and get on with it. It's a shame your company can't innovate anymore, instead just spend all their time fighting patent lawsuits in court.

“Smartflash makes no products, has no employees, creates no jobs, has no U.S. presence, and is exploiting our patent system to seek royalties for technology Apple invented,” said an Apple spokesperson. The company is now planning to appeal the decision.

Hahahaha, that gave me the best laugh of the month. Good luck with that, because you Apple didn't invent anything that is in this case and you have already lost it.

So get of you high horse Apple.
