Really hi-tech, it's like putting an atom + ion in a mobile device, just think about the possibilities...
9/10 for hardware/core tech innovation/design.
..while a very very generous 4.5/10 for OS support/firmware updates.
Here's to hoping if there's any sufficiently skilled English reader/speaker available in Samsung's R&D labs able enough to drive the message home to the higher ups.
our home and gadgets is filled w/ this product name, but thanks, not anymore.
Hope Samsung use this processor in all Samsung Symbian Open Source Smartphone.
Anonymous, 23 Sep 2009That and batteries couldn't handle 2GHz unless you like a 4 hour battery life? They will solve the problem of the battery too according the processor. They can, they just don't want at this specific time. Depending on what other companies are offering, they PUBLISH their technology
Looks like the next i8910 will record full hd. Sweet. I have a samsung h106 hd camcorder and the image quality is fantastic as long as its not in the dark.
hmm as we know Cybershot doesn't really mean that the picture will beupto the mark..... hope this doesn't happen with samsung!!!

Apart from the menu sytem Sony are more picky on the chemicals used to produce a display.. did you also know that Samsung are a partnership with Sony and Sammmy built the last VCRS for Sony and a few other bits and bobs... I do record 10 minutes of videos in VGA and it's now in hundred MB. I wonder if a 10 second 1080p video will cost 50MB. haha.
I do hope this phone will be equiped with 16GB or more
I personally used sony hd camcorders they are nothing compared to samsung hd camcorders.now i become a samsung fan, samsung is world leading manufacturer in semiconductors, petrochemicals, processors that iphones use, flash cards, engineering, omnia hd like wonderful phones.
oh... and i forgot this cpu is just samsung to show off, i already have experiences with samsung camcorders the smx f34, the video quality i so-so, good thing sony handycams are there to rescue me, sooner you'll see
nah, samsung didn't exceed on it's camcorders, ...not a good news for me
It's madness they run with mobile phones for speed, just like with computers 4 years now, i think they should run for better software and not so hungry for bigger CPU, instead running for CPU's that can't swallow multitasking software, and still the same battery usage hunger!
