Well we know whose fault it is, it's the android fans who aren't prepared to pay the going rate, I for one will always pay good wack for a Sony phone, because they are premium devices, unfortunately most android buyers will buy cheap china stuff and still moan, profits for android manufacturers isn't going to go up until people stop being stingy with their money, Apple will charge silly money in the knowledge that they will still sell without affecting sales, hence their profits keep on increasing. It's about time android buyers woke up and started saving big, but I don't think it will happen.

Apple takes $150 to build a low/mid range phone like the iphone 6. And sell it for $1000 that's around $850 per phone profit.
Other phones makers like Xiaomi for example, builds a smartphone (Mi4) for $150 and sell it for $400 that's around $250 per phone profit.
Its a no brainier that apple makes more profit. But i don't really care. Cause i'm not that stupid to buy a phone with crappy battery life: http://prntscr.com/6ae5me - limited OS, and low res screen for $1000. (at least that's how much it cost where i live)
