samsung probably realised that they can charge customers more by charging more for higher-capacity models. But to fair, normal smartphone users use less than 25gb (as is the case with the actual capacity of 32gb android phones)of storage. and the s6 is going to be launceh as 32gb anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem. unless you're a heavy smartphone user, you shouldn't be bothered. by having no microsd slot and non-removable battery, the phone should be lighter and(crucially for the s6's new design) thinner. And i think making a removable case for the s6 edge would be a bit of a problem. Samsung's gamble is a risky one, as they are sacrificing one of their product's USP against Apple - let's hope it doesn't affect the sales badly. but then, with the new one's design and performance, it'll still sell by the truckload - for finally the S6 looks great.
for me though, this just solidifies my choice for going with HTC's One M9. i just hope the design is the one based from evleaks's, not the upleaks's design.

Don't like the glass back, lack of microsd card or lack of water resistance. Seems like Samsung set out to make their own version of the Sony Z series, minus the water resistance! We'll see how much of that info is confirmed tomorrow, but if true, I think Samsung is making a mistake with this particular feature mix.

Everyone needs to calm down and stop bashing Samsung. The reason they are supposedly removing the SD Card slot is because the phones are suppose to come with 32 gigs of standard storage, no more 16. It may even come with 64 or less likely 128 gigs of standard memory. And who knows, we could all be wrong and it could come with an SD card slot. And this phone looks amazing too. The only part that looks somewhat like an IPhone is the bottom. That's because it's made if aluminum, all phones made of aluminum look the same. And yeah, they moved the jack and speaker to the bottom because they are better placements than on the S5. This phone is going to amazing no matter what happens. Millions are going to buy it, including me. If this has a nice new design, 32 gigs of storage, touch based fingerprint scanner, Exynos 7, Loop Pay, re done and smooth touchwiz, all combined with new useful features, this will definitely sell very well, and will most likely be one of the best phones ever. So stop complaining about np sd or battery removal, almost no phone has those features anymore anyways. And plus, the phone isn't even announced yet. How do we know any if these leaks or rumors are even true? Just wait for tomorrow people. Stop complaining and saying samsung is "dead" or " a flop". It's just pathetic you guys would call a company that. Get a life

bad idea samsung i am 1 of your fans but no water resistance no sd slot and no removable battery i am dissapointed those were the reason why samsung was samsung and not like apple.

Where's my credit? :'( Kidding aside, looks like I'm going to wait to see what LG has in store with the G4 before deciding on a phone. So far, I'm not impressed with either Samsung or HTC.

Loads will be saying Bye Bye Samsung with them not offering the micro sd card slot on the Galaxy S6s,this will really back-fire on Samsung,and all the Hopes of the Galaxy S6 being succesful will be Dashed,even the Galaxy S5 will become more popular,until Samsung realise there mistake and make a model that will offer the option of micro sd card slot,how can Samsung make phones will card slots on them and the suddenly remove them,when there Sales are Struggling!

Genius! Keeping the heart rate monitor but removing the memory card...and dozens of high level Samsung officials must have said yes to that. Reminds me of the last days for Nokia when nobody was responsible for anything...
I just bought myself a Lenovo tablet and i am amazed by its quality, far better than Samsung standards.
