If I got to say something about the glass on the back is: useless, everybody uses cases, so it doesn't shows anything

iPhone4 was not with Gorilla Glass4. Right?
Do you really think that the aluminium back of iPhone6 is stronger to scratch or breaking and more easier to repair than the back the back of S6?

Apple and LG/Google weren't the always making the mistake with the iPhone 4 series and Optimus G/Nexus 4. Others tried it since.
So many negative comments!
Is it time to watch a big firing show in the Samsung Electronics Mobile Business?
again boring design ...nothing impressive...feature and useless curved display..
Don't care about removable battery ... but external micro SD card ? ... yes yes they could be hideously unreliable, but they give you the flexibility of moving massive media staff between devices without the need for a computer.
Hm.. Ok. I'd like to look at it as fair as possible.
First of, the phone doesn't look like an iPhone 6 from any angle you look at it, unless you're crazy or have a very poor eyesight. Though it is kinda ugly with the most hump of any camera hump. Kinda unbelievable actually, that Samsung would design it like that.
But the biggest fail on the design would be the lack of water proofing. As gsmarena once pointed out that Sony, although have been using the same glass front and back with metal frame have also managed to implement water proofing in their designs.
The decision to go without user removable battery is also a bit disappointing, though not that much if it prove to have great battery life with really fast charging.
The non expandable memory is the biggest let down and a wrong move by Samsung. I can understand that they've used the new storage type which is 2.7 times faster than the current type, which of course is a great move that'll help boost up the overall performance, and that they were afraid that adding a much slower micro sd card to the equation would hamper the performance, but they could have gone for a compromise by still allowing a card slot that will only accept class 10 or higher type of cards and that can only be used for media storage with applications only in the internal memory. Wouldn't that be great?
As for the new 14nm Exynos, amazing. It would wipe the floor with the competition regardless having a much higher resolution display which some deemed overkill, including myself, if and only if they don't utilize it for VR purpose.
And the display must have one upped the Note 4's and become the current best display in the world. Naturally.
All in all, it's an upgrade in most of the areas, but a downgrade in some. Now I'll wait for the pricing, and for the full review.
What a spectacular comeback with a vengeance from Samsung. Start rolling the Note 5 rumors ... 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM ?
A glass back? Seriously?
Let's see. First Apple put a glass back on the iPhone 4 and discovered that, hey, glass is fragile and breaks all the time. Tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of iPhone users paid the price. Apple saw the light and abandoned that design with the iPhone 5.
Learning nothing from Apple's fumble, Google put a glass back on the Nexus 4. It was entirely predicatble that this would lead to much breakage and it did. Google sees the light that should have been staring them in the face to begin with and abandons this design with the Nexus 5.
Samsung then does, what? Repeats a mistake made twice before. Samsung users, prepare yourself to suffer the many many many broken glass backs. Your pretty device is going to be an accident magnet.
What a shame. It's the first nice looking Galaxy device ever. But there is just no excuse for repeating a really bad design choice that has been made more than once by your competitors. Why they did not just go with an all metal design is beyond me. That would have been a nice phone.
Fantastic stuff from Samy after a long hiatus since the brilliant S2 and Note II
want it so bad.. gorgeous.
