On specifications and design clearly beats the iPhone and htc one M9 by light years ... especially that edgy Edge version.
Now htc doesn't have cash to compete with that but what's the excuse for Apple ? ... and this is from an owner of an iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB gold version.

Only that you have missed many other apple's propaganda tech media(many of them even disguised with "Android-blah" in the name).

I will not agree with you today, tomorrow or any other day about this micro sd card and removable battery business and even if I might love the look of the phone I could not balance it against those two important factors of memory and battery.I am now worried about the Note 5 and if Samsung play such a dastardly game as with the Galaxy S6 then I fear my relationship with Samsung will come to an end....and I am sure not many people will want to take the phone to a service centre every few months for a new battery....and I am also certain that Samsung will lose a lot of loyal customers....In my opinion they are/were better than Apple HTC Sony and even Nokia ....but now I am fearful that my dream of a beautiful phablet with a very useful stylus will have to die with the Note 3 and 4
How Sad.I could never buy a phone if I can not remove the battery at will or remove a memory card and put in another card with different memory into my phone....In fact I have often wished for a memory card bus in phablets and tablets and removable micro sd cards which I could remove at will and transplant them in other devices....I am not ever going to use these cloud type services....I like to be old fashioned.

iPhone is perfect with unibody and no SD but S6/Edge are not. And I'm not joking.
That's because Samsung users are normal ppl,
Normal ppl want SD and removable battery though(one of those functions, or both)Samsung HAVE not brainwashed fans like Apple , and want functional device. SD support is NOT ONLY for more storage.
          :)
The only thing that impressed me here (aside of the great specs) is how gorgeous the Edge version looks. This is THE MOST beautiful phone ever.(and that's NOT because of the glass back or the unibody)
I'm sad, though, that Samsung fall in the apple's propaganda tech media trap of "premium-unibody-metal-glass design" B/S (GSMA are one of them, too)
Now Samsung fighting for izombie's market, will lose millions of existing fans. Many that were waiting for S6 will be forced to buy Note 4- the only option now.

If it wasn't for all those idiot reviewers on the internet like iFandork DAVID PIERCE of THE VERGE, BGR, Gizmodo, etc, perhaps Samsung would have stuck to the features that sets them apart. Now they became an APPLE ZOMBIE trying to fool EVERYONE NOT to need a removable battery and micro-sd slot! Overpay for memory when a 64gb card cost like $35 on Amazon. Design and build quality is a fashionista requirement needed by mostly Apple fans, HTC fans, Sony fans, or for people wanting to look cool out in public! Design novelty wears out eventually. Look at the HTC ONE M9. Nobody cares anymore with that same design! To many, phone isnt a fashion accessory. LG G4, where are you? I hope LG doesn't follow suit and have those optional like in the G3..

You do realize that the rapid charging feature actually degrades Li-ion batteries EVEN FASTER? Use the rapid charging if you like, and before a good year is up, you'll be sending that thing in to get serviced for battery issues.

Samsung's use of it's own cam and processor is related to their decline in profits: using in house parts saves overhead (higher profit margin), using on-board memory only makes you spend more money for more storage, and using sealed batteries creates another means for Sammy to cash in.

Galaxy S6 = iPhone 6 running Android OS

                                  So there goes the truth.

No slots and no removable batteries. Follow in the footsteps of apple fully. All the denial of fake pictures becomes true.

The worse and sadness news for samsung fanboys. But one can always hope, as samsung tends to release tons of versions.. Mayabe samsung galaxy sd6 is on the release soon.

Some people will say that it's ok not to have an sdcard slot because they can just sync the files to cloud or pc and something like that...what they didn't know that those with sdcards are the ones with tonnes of HD movies to store which can be 3-4GB of data per movie...nobody wants to sync such big data every time....and as for the non-removable battery, Android troubleshooters will have headaches as sometimes a hard reset will NOT work if the phone blackout or anything. With removable battery, it will save the time and trouble going to the painful service center...
