Anonymous, 01 Mar 2015SD card will always be important. But the most important thing is the removable battery.so totally agree with every word you say. the battery plays the most important role in my books and so does a micro sd card...two would be even better apart from in built memory.

AnonD-126854, 01 Mar 2015If Samsung make latter also Edge version with removable back , will knock down the market.Given that, Edge versions have poor yield for manufacturing, you won't be seeing such a version before they get mainstream in let's say S7 or S8.

Sammy must be kidding - no fm radio! Otherwise great phone, but they screwed it up.
Waiting for HTC, LG and Sony flagships.

Loss of micro sd and low/non removable battery in sake of being thin and unibody premium blabla is unacceptable imo.

As an android user, I was really looking forward for todays announcements from the android OEM, but I was disappointed by what I have seen so far (HTC then Samsung), So let us hope that Sony will save the android camp with Z4. if they build on Z3 design, reduce the bezels and put fingerprint sensor then you will have a CHAMP.

If Samsung provides instructions about opening the phone and further makes batteries available on the market then I might consider buying the phone...otherwise goodbye Samsung...Or.... why not make a plastic version also and make removable batteries possible and also allow access for interchangeable Micro SD cards.....alienating the loyal customer base is positively the worst thing to do. Does this also mean that Samsung will do the same thing with the Galaxy Note Phablets in the future?...I think that following in the footsteps of Apple and HTC and Sony is a horrible thing to do....I will never buy from these 'NAMES' no matter how sexy their stuff might look or even how good they might be in terms of performance.
except for an IPod Touch 6......nothing else with sealed up backs unless I can open the back easy enough to replace the battery myself.

Do you mean the apple's zombies? Normal ppl want SD and removable battery though(one of those functions, or both)Samsung HAVE not brainwashed fans like Apple.
                                      :)
The only thing that impressed me here (aside the specs) is how gorgeous the Edge version looks. This is THE MOST beautiful phone ever.(and that's not because of the glass back)
I'm sad, though, that Samsung fall in the apple's propaganda tech media trap of "premium-unibody-metal-glass design" B/S
Now Samsung fighting for izombie's market, will lose millions of existing fans. Samsung didn't learn from HTC M 7-8 that the iZombies don't buy sealed aluminium/glass if there is not apple's Logo on it.

i want to see drop tests too. glass on both sides of the s6. i dont care what glass is on it it is going to shatter.
im leaning toward the m9 as it can be bootloader unlocked via the website hopefully on att and no way will the s6 be. they are too security focused.
