Well if Sony is only going to be providing Updates for premium handsets i.e. £400 plus handsets then maybe they should stop selling lower end handsets.
Personally my partner and I have moved off Android to Windows Phone with Nokia Lumia 735 Handsets which will be getting Windows 10 this year.
We would only buy Android if the handsets were guaranteed updates.
At least Microsoft and Apple Provide Updates for several years before handsets have to be replaced.
Sony forgets those who have supported them for years.

asdadasasfa, 07 Mar 2015you must have rooted your phoneI didn't root the phone. It's normal with Sony.
By the way HTC has very good service. I owned M7 and there was some display issues and they fixed it immediately within 3 hrs. The service center is in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
For Samsung also the same. They also have very good service. Never have complaints regarding service. Yes it lags sometimes as every phone lags. Not much of problem though.

Someone in other topic said, tight slap on anyone saying Sony is not selling the Smart Phone Business. I think he should slap the CEO of Sony. Because, he himself announced last month in press conference. It's all over news. Poor chap and blind Sony Fanboy.
