The term waterproof is a misnomer. Water resistant should be used instead.

                                all highend phones today should be water and dustproof imo.. htc samsung and lg should learn from sony today u have smartphones with u almost everywhere u go, home vacation work etc and accidents happen easy i would gladly pay alot of money for a top not highend smartphone that has IP protection. when will they learn ??
