To me S6 changes is very smart move :
- no SD slot, they change it to an early SSD speed memory that boost everything from app to file reading
- non removeable battery, lets face it not everybody bring extra battery everywhere they go. For me a battery that can last a whole working day is enough
- no waterproof, base from my experiance waterproof doesnt last long especially a gadget that has many holes. I had xperia z2 and at just 5 months of use then i bring it to a pool and boom water goes in. Better use a waterproof bag instead.
- DDR4 RAM, lightning fast performance.

The only thing i dont like is the screen size. So i probably wait for note 5 instead ;p

My biggest disappointment was in the ommitance of the waterproofing ability. The lack of SD card instance second. And removable battery third. My guess is they haven't mastered the art of sealing metal bodies against the elements. The 2nd and 3rd point could be argued but why did they not waterproof the thing? Because most people don't use get phone wet? I thought they wanted to build the best phone on the market, then why be any less than could be? I guess people want wafer phones then? Because every time they go thin, they tend to go built in and non-removable. Well, at least come out with a energy efficient pocket NAS battery powered nas. The S5 and Tabs can still hold more info than this one too, up to 32GB + 128GB = 160GB. And SD card means slower, but much cheaper space. Internal is faster but at a hefty premium, especially as these are new chip technology in the s6.

They're probably going to go the route of Apple and charge +$100 for the next available option.

AnonD-349743, 09 Mar 2015I personally like how their entry and mid level hardware are built more than their flagships. ... moreSame here. I personally think the Galaxy A7 is the most beautiful smartphone they've designed, and it has a microSD slot. Why Samsung omitted microSD expansion is beyond me. It surely leaves a sour taste in my mouth, though. I don't think I can justify paying its asking without said feature.

Only a phone that suits you the most. If you don't like the phone (I don't know why you'd bash it considering it's not even out yet and I HIGHLY doubt you have a test unit), then it's not for you. Move on.

Android is a lot better than ApplE, the operating system is much more flexible and customizeable than ios. Apple makes good products, do not get me wrong, but Android is better. I was shocked on the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus that they only have 1GB of RAM.

[deleted post]Because you are jealous of Samsung success? As far as I can see, S6 and S6 edge are the best design phone and specs out there. M9 is just so looking like another M8. Its camera is not big deal. Having a hump but no OIS???! Sucks!

Hello to everyone! I currently have an iPhone 4. I like the Gear S and I think it requires a Samsung device. I'm looking at the Samsung S6 or S6 Edge. However, I'm hearing they're having some hardware problems. Is that true or hog wash? Please advise! Please keep in mind..... I'm not here to bash either company. Just needing some help.
