eleven, 09 Mar 2015i dont understand why people are bitching about the price for moto turbo in India, people just... morethe phone is overpriced for outdated features esp the processor which is SD805... the price would have been faired if it had used SD810 instead of SD805...
i dont understand why people are bitching about the price for moto turbo in India, people just be happy i am not from india i am from Honduras and im glad that they will be able to purchase this phone whenever they want and guess what they are not going to be using your money so dont bitch about it.
Anonymous, 09 Mar 2015you're kidding right? people are willing to pay 70-80K for phones in India.70-80k for iphones only, no indian is going to pay above 35k for any other phones. 60k-85k reserved for iphones only.
AnonD-313800, 09 Mar 2015Well, if anyone willing to spend 669$, then they are definitely in the field for a flagship mo... moreit's not only 50$ , it's more than 150$ .
in addition to that don't you think 2600 mah battery isn't enough for a 5 inch plus screen with 1440 P display. Last year's galaxy which was priced 650$ at the time of launch which costed 51,500 rs in India which is almost 10,000 rs more than turbo's at launch time.
so now u guess the price of s6 32gb according to that.
Only LTE Band 3: Almost useless for LTE use in Europe.. Still having hope for a European version of Turbo though..
Anonymous, 09 Mar 2015Indians don't care about brand value or anything but cheap pricing. Sadly Motorola has imprint... moreIf thats the perception about India you do have it's time to know things well.India was among the very top 3 countries that registered the highest sale of Google Glass Explorer last year. Not only that , India was ranked on the 8th place by Oneplus last year in terms of sales with the product not even been made available in the country with techno enthusiasts importing through drop shipping.Along with that the world knows the Smartphone sale that India has recorded over it's counterparts. We are a developing country indeed , no doubt in that but we are one the fastest developing economies in the world too!
Anonymous, 09 Mar 2015Indians don't care about brand value or anything but cheap pricing. Sadly Motorola has imprint... morewell india is world's second largest mobile market with a total of 970 million active phone users till dec 2014 , so its not right to label it as CHEAP market coz almost one third of mobile users in india use high end smartphones costing $350 OR above !! that amounts to approx. 323 million people (aka the rich ones) and this count is almost equal to total no . of mobile phone subscribers in USA alone !! So think TWICE before branding indians as cheap phone lovers .
