in the message thread if i want to delete a single message, i touch and hold that message, instead of getting the options to delete, forward, copy text and such options it either give me message details or if that message contains a number it takes that number to phone dialer.
Please let me know how can I delete a single message.

I had problem with moto g (first gen)when i upgraded to android 5 with 3G connectivity isssues. Tried all things like reconfiguring APN settings, rebooting, etc. but failed. Problem solved with following method - With mobile power on Remove sim, insert sim in other sim compartment, rebooting mobile and the issue is fixed.

most useful to have a text message option at recent call screen. Not able to send a text message to unsaved contacts or new numbers. Like now we have callback & Details. If we have a text message at this screen we can send messages easily.

After upgrade from kitkat, facing issues when a call comes and screen is black like off. when unlock key is pressed then it comes. This is happening 3-4 times each day. difficulty in making calls some time giving message calls could not be sent.
Biggest problem is with the exchange email. after few mails download, It gives error that internal error and then it never sync properly.

yes, I'm a facing some serious problems like dull background colours, device running very slow with lags and also games running with hurdles e.g.: subwaySurf etc. KitKat is good OS.

I saw the update but it failed at around 25% while updating. Is there anyone having the same issue? I have retail UK version and I am living in Finland.

Selecting the 3G button under Networks Settings (even though it is the only option) solved the problem of Call Not Sent for me. Spent an hour online to Motorola helpdesk this morning trying all sorts of other things but not this!!

I had the call not sent error since upgrade to 5.0.2 a couple of weeks ago.
Read messages on this board. Looked for where network is set (Settings> More>Mobile Network>Preferred Network Type) and found that the 3G button wasn't selected (it was the only option). I realised that 3G hadn't been showing on the top right of the screen either. I selected it and can now make calls.

Had same problem with Android 5.0.2 upgrade with Moto-G - 'call not sent' message when trying to make a call, but could receive calls OK. Followed advice of Gordy - remove SIM card and power up, then insert SIM card - now working OK.
