Same condition in india i updated through ota,but then i did a factory resetand flashed the lollipop rom again.. the problems are still there with the contacts app , launcher crash and battery life...

This update has basically rendered my phone useless. I had a ton of space on my phone before and have even transferred pictures and all apps to my SD card. Now it is saying I have no space available. Battery will be dead within 3-4 hours, apps crashing, phone freezing, problems are to numerous to mention. Local Verizon store said to be patient for a patch to be released. This is not acceptable at all!! Words can not describe the frustration!!!

Too many issues after update to lollipop.. Hanging , Crashing Apps, Battery Drying , Browser issues, while using browser the phone is going to reset all the settings and wallpapers, key pad is disappear.. too many issues waste Samsung Service center.

The Lollipop installation for my S4 has been a disaster. The battery is down in next to no time, apps freeze, signal pickup is tardy and so on. I sincerely hope Samsung does not take ages to fix these problems.

The update has completely ruined my once amazing phone. It now freezes and lags, I've had to pull my battery out more than once to just restart it and those are just the minor problems. I've never been so disappointed in an update. Contemplating trading my S5 for the POS iPhone, just to have the speed back. Thanks a lot obama.

Hi, I upgraded to Lollipop 5.0.1 ten days ago, but my mobile aking for re-start every 10 15 munits and contact list also not visible. It is still saying 'updating contact list'.

I hate it also..... Stops the apps, drains the battery, device is very slow, makes my S5 a S0... They told me I couldn't go back to old system....c'mon Samsung... What's this paperweight..??

I really like the update despite what all these people say. Just a few questions:
How do you look at your tabs on Chrome? I can't figure it out, but a bubble popped up at first and I stupidly closed it without reading it.
Can you possibly make the keys on the keyboard bigger instead of just the keyboard. Haha, thanks!
And lastly, when I click the volume button and that little bubble pops up (which I love that it was moved up the screen by the way), I really liked how it had all the volumes on it; like media, notifications, etc (all 4)...
I love the new colors and setups! Thanks!!! :D
